What are the terms product, lesson, and content?

We are defining terms as follows:

  1. Product: Each item available for purchase on this website.
  2. Lesson: A lesson provided by a product. The same lesson may be sold as two products, depending on whether or not it includes an AI Tutor.
  3. Content: Refers to the main content provided daily for each lesson. Each content consists of two or more messages.
  4. Message: Refers to a single WhatsApp message.
Can I purchase the same lesson multiple times at the same time?

You cannot register for the same lesson on the same WhatsApp account at the same time. Therefore, please do not purchase the same lesson multiple times for a single WhatsApp account. If you accidentally purchase the same lesson multiple times, please request a refund via Customer Support.

To take the same lesson simultaneously, you need multiple WhatsApp accounts. You can register for the same lesson on the same WhatsApp account only after the current lesson ends.

How do I start my lesson after purchasing a product?

Once your purchase is complete, you will find a button link
on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

Simply follow the link to the WhatsApp chat and send the pre-filled registration code. You will begin receiving your content starting the following day.

I started my lesson with the wrong WhatsApp account. Can I change it?

To change the WhatsApp account associated with your lessons, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that account changes are not possible after this 7-day period.

When will the daily content be sent?

Your first content will be sent at the next scheduled delivery time after you submit your registration code.

By default, the content delivery time is at 9:00 AM in your time zone. You can change your preferred delivery time by using the /time command.

My time zone is set incorrectly. Can I fix it?

Your time zone is automatically set based on the billing address provided at checkout.

If you need to change your time zone, please contact Customer Support.

I haven’t received the daily content yet!

A confirmation message is sent before each daily content. You must click the button in that message to confirm you are ready, and then the content will be delivered.

If you've clicked the button in the confirmation message but haven't received your content, please contact Customer Support.

Subsequent content will not be sent until you have confirmed the current day's content. Please note that content cannot be accessed if they exceed the lesson's validity period, which is defined as twice the number of content (refer to the product detail page).

I want to pause my lesson for a while.

If you do not receive your daily content, the next lesson will be automatically postponed. You can resume at any time by confirming the pending content when you are ready.

I want to change my lesson level.

After registering for your lesson, you can check and change available levels using the /level command. You can preview the levels supported by each product on its respective product detail page.

After registering, you can submit feedback using the /suggest command. Your input is invaluable for improving our service and developing new products. We appreciate any feedback you can share!

Can I ask customer support questions in the WhatsApp chat?

No, the lesson chat room is not monitored for customer support. If you need assistance, please use our dedicated Customer Support channel.

Can I get multiple contents at once?

No, content is delivered one at a time.

But here’s a tip: you can receive the next one sooner by changing your delivery settings. Although you can receive content faster this way, we recommend sticking with standard speeds.

AI Tutor
I started a lesson without AI Tutor. Can I add the AI Tutor?

Yes, you can. If you send any text message in your chat room, you will receive a purchase link to upgrade to the AI Tutor. Once the purchase is complete, the AI Tutor will be activated automatically.

Please refer to the product page for the upgrade fee details. While the fee remains the same regardless of when you upgrade it, the daily credit recharge ends with your lesson completion; therefore, purchasing later will result in fewer total available uses.

How should I use the AI Tutor?

The AI Tutor is specifically knowledgeable about your daily content. You can use it for asking questions, role-playing, or taking quizzes related to your lessons, which will significantly enhance your learning experience.

How much AI Tutor access is provided?

When you activate the AI Tutor, you receive credits to get AI responses. Each response consumes 1 credit.

You will receive 50 credits upon initial registration, and 10 additional credits will be added every time you receive daily content.

Credits do not expire and will continue to accumulate. For a 365-day course, a maximum of 3,700 credits is provided.

Can I continue using AI Tutor after I receive all the content?

Yes, if you have remaining AI Tutor credits, you can use them within the lesson's validity period (refer to the product detail page), even if you've already completed all the content.

If you purchase the same lesson after completing it, you can use any remaining credits from the previous period. However, credits cannot be transferred to other lessons.

The AI Tutor forgot our previous conversation or content.

The AI Tutor’s knowledge and memory are organized by daily content units.

To discuss previous content, please select the specific lesson or message from that day and reply to it. To continue a long-term conversation from a previous date, you must continue to use the reply function.

Payment
Are refunds or content changes possible?

Yes, you can request a refund or a content change by contacting Customer Support within 7 days of purchasing the product.

Refunds: The amount will be refunded minus any payment processing fees.
Content Changes: You may only switch between products of the same price.

Is this a recurring subscription with automatic payments?

No, it is not. Daycovery is a one-time payment service that allows you to receive content for a set period, such as one year. There are no automatic recurring charges, so you can use the service without worry.
